Sunset Boulevard Graham Musical Theatre's production of Sunset Boulevard, a rare Andrew Lloyd Webber gem, continues Nov. 29, 30 and Dec. 1 at 7: 30 p.m.
The cast will be accompanied by a 23-piece orchestra of students and community musicians to bring this hauntingly lush score to life.

Andrew Christopher Come help celebrate the release of Chilliwack musician Andrew Christopher's first solo album, "Gone," at Corky's on Dec. 1. Singing and snacks On Dec. 8 at 1 p.m., Chilliwack United Church holds its annual fancy tea, Christmas cake and cookie sale. Final show of 2012 The Chilliwack Visual Artists Association's (CVAA) annual seasonal show at the Chilliwack Cultural Centre Gallery focuses on winter landscapes and the celebration and festivities of the Christmas season. One difference with this year's show is that the CVAA will also hold a Christmas sale, with reasonably priced articles crafted by members. There will be a variety of different media used, and everything purchased can be taken away by the buyer. The exhibit runs from Dec. 6 to Jan. 12 with an opening reception on Dec. 8 from noon until 2 p.m.
Good King Wenceslas Chilliwack Adventist Christian School will be putting on their annual Christmas Program Dec. 13 at 7 p.m. The program this year is about Good King Wenceslas, the king who knew the joy of giving. Admission is free, though a free-will offering will be taken at the end of the program. Refreshments will be served after the program.

Call for artists The Chilliwack Cultural Centre and the Chilliwack Visual Artists Association are collaborating on a project that will provide an opportunity for local artists who work on a large scale (minimum four-feet by six-feet) to display their artwork in the lobby of the Cultural Centre. The display will rotate twice a year in January and July. Deadline for both January and July 2013 is Dec. 15. All media is acceptable but must be able to be displayed in a hanging mode either on a wall, in front of a window or from the ceiling. Free-standing pieces will not be considered at this time. All submissions will be juried and, if accepted, then the artist will be expected to sign a contract. A work in progress will require a detailed description, progress sketches and an idea of the overall size and include the anticipated date for com-CSO and Christmas On Dec. 15 at 7: 30 p.m., the Chilliwack Symphony Orchestra and Chorus present an evening of music in celebration of the Christmas tradition for the whole family at the Chilliwack Cultural Centre. Excerpts from Tchaikovsky's Nutcracker Suite are to be performed and will feature dancers from Dance in Motion. The evening's line-up includes choral and orchestral Christmas selections and a carol sing-along for the audience. Tickets are $25 for general admission, $15 for students.
