A new trial date has been set for the man accused in the hang-gliding death of Lenami Godinez-Avila last April. William (Jon) Orders is charged with criminal negligence causing death and obstruction of justice. Godinez-Avila fell to her death from a hang-glider piloted by Orders on April 28, 2012.
