I understand people being upset about this water treatment issue. I say let's have a proper vote on it.

I also find it difficult to understand why ultraviolet light isn't being considered. After all, we don't seem to have a problem devoting hydro and technology to growing dope. Why not pull the plug on the grow ops and use all those lights to kill the bugs in our water?

I'm buying my own charcoal filter system or drilling a well or something because chlorine ain't the answer.
